Voice-note transcription can be affected by background noise, overlapping speech, accents, mixed languages, low volume, short clips, slang, names, and phone audio compression. Retena may mishear words or miss context.

Search, summaries, and translations are assistive
Search answers, daily summaries, key points, translated transcripts, and activity insights are generated from captured data. They may omit details, overemphasize a point, or interpret ambiguous language incorrectly.

What the status quality signal means
The public status page may show a transcription review signal. This is not the same as an outage. It is a monitoring cue based on recent scored transcripts and review data.
A yellow quality signal means Retena is paying attention to transcription quality for recent samples. It does not mean capture, sync, login, search, or the dashboard are unavailable.
